At Kuchnaya Azimart, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle both domestic and international shipping.

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • In cases of high demand, processing times may be extended. We will contact you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
  • We offer multiple shipping options for domestic orders, including Standard, Express, and Priority Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping may be available for domestic orders over a certain amount (please refer to our promotional offers).

3. International Shipping
  • We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery in 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express International Shipping: Delivery in 3-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Azimuth International is not responsible for any customs or import duties.

4. Shipping Restrictions
  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain countries may have restrictions on the products we are able to ship. If your destination has restrictions, you will be notified during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Shipping Delays
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

7. Shipping Damages and Issues
  • Azimuth International is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Order Changes
  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
